Hi Antoinette.  Happy New Year to you from my family, and thanks for the 2010 calendar that you sent.    We have not talked in a while, so I wanted to let you know that the progression of dementia led our father's peaceful and anticipated death on December 06, 2009.  He had wonderful care here, and being close to my family made his life much more fulfilling than it had been during the time that he lived alone in Daly City.   My dad's obituary appeared in the San Francisco Chronicle, and you can still preview it.   One key point in our family's transition from Allyn's years of independent life in Daly City to the assisted living arrangements that he eventually needed here in San Diego was when you were able to market and sell his home so quickly back in 2006.  That was such a good experience for him, and for us, that we will always remember what a pleasure it was to work with you.  We also are very thankful for the referral that we received from your colleague in North Carolina, by way of Robyn's husband Richard Forde.  I believe that we on our own could not have found a Realtor more suited to our family's needs than you!    I hope that the real estate market there continues to improve and that you are prosperous in the coming year.   Thanks again.   Sincerely,   Trip Sliter & Family

Being new to the Bay Area, we had no idea where we wanted to find a home or even where a good neighborhood to live in was located.  Thankfully, we were referred to Antoinette to help us carve our way through the housing jungle here!  Antoinette took a great amount of time to sit down and talk with us to understand what our wants and needs were.  She was nice enough to show us homes in just about the whole peninsula before we found a great home in the Sunset District of San Francisco! After finding a home, Antoinette handled the buying process with great professionalism and clearly outshined other agents with her knowledge and understanding of the home buying process and procedures.  We were very lucky to have Antoinette in our corner during our home-buying experience.
