CRS - 4 Reasons to work with the top 4%

Just 4% of all Realtors  in the U.S. can call themselves Certified Residential Specialist. That is because just one in 25 has the experience, the commitment and the hours of advanced training necessary to call themselves a Certified Residential Specialist. The CRS designation is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The designation is awarded by the Council of Residential Specialists and is conferred on Realtors meeting its stringent experience and educational requirements.

GRI-Graduate, Realtors Institute

The GRI designation is the nation's most recognized professional real estate designation. It is earned after successfully completing 92 hours of course instruction. Only members of the National Association of Realtors may obtain this designation.

e-PRO

The e-Pro designation is conferred on Realtors who complete a new training program presented entirely online that certifies them as Internet Professionals. Currently, only 1% of the nation's 1 million REALTORS are e-PRO certified. The tools and skills I have acquired will certainly differentiate me from other realtors and strengthen my online marketing skills and sales skills. To receive this designation you have to be a member of the National Association of Realtors.

SRES-Senior Real Estate Specialist

Senior Real Estate Specialist are REALTORS qualified to meet the special needs and concerns of maturing Americans. A national program since 1998, The Senior advantage Real Estate Council offers a specific designation SRES, to identify those members who have successfully completed its education program along with other prerequisites. By earning the SRES designation, I have demonstrated requisite knowledge and expertise to counsel senior clients through the major financial and lifestyle transactions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home. I have received special training, regular updates, and is prepared to offer the appropriate options in making life changing decisions.
